Misju is an independent creative project.
Each item is carefully selected or created, and we aim to describe all products as accurately and transparently as possible.

Returns

Misju offers a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Due to the nature of handmade and second-hand items, products showing normal signs of use are not eligible for return, unless:

• the item arrived damaged, or
• the item is significantly different from its description.

Any return request must be submitted via the contact form before sending the item back.
Return instructions will be provided after contact.

Non-returnable Items

Unless otherwise stated, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards
• Digital products
• Sale items
• Personalized or custom-made items

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

If the refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on the payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if an item arrives damaged or defective.
Please contact us before returning any item.

Return Shipping & Delivery Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

For valuable items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Misju cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
