MisjuBridge

MisjuBridge is an educational commitment developed within MisjuUp.
It supports children in Cameroon through a direct, human, and responsible approach to education.

This is not an organization, but a personal initiative, open to those who wish to take part.

What “Bridge” means

MisjuBridge is about building a bridge, not a boat.
A bridge through education connecting those who have opportunities with those who do not yet, so children can become autonomous, shape their future where they are, and grow without dependence or the need to leave their country.

Education is not about escape, but about empowerment.

Why Cameroon

Misju chose Cameroon because she knows its reality, and because it is where her roots are.

In Cameroon, access to education is not guaranteed.
School is paid from early childhood, and without resources, children are left behind.

Yet knowledge is a door.
A door to autonomy, to dignity, to development.

Supporting education means opening that door simply, and where the connection is real.

Why this is not an organization

MisjuBridge has deliberately remained a personal project.

Experience has shown that direct support is often the most meaningful approach: what is given goes directly to the child, without intermediaries, structural costs, or sustaining an organization.

This keeps the focus on what truly matters supporting a child in a concrete, honest, and transparent way.

What support means in practice

Support, when it happens, consists of a modest contribution to school fees (usually 50 or 100 CHF), paid directly to the school based on an official invoice.
This contribution often covers only part of the total school costs.
Any further support, if considered, is discussed personally and informally, without obligation or expectation.

A measured and responsible approach

MisjuBridge evolves at a deliberately balanced pace, aligned with what can be responsibly sustained.

The project focuses on quality rather than scale, ensuring that each commitment remains meaningful, respectful, and fair.

If others wish to take part, they may support a child or contribute occasionally, according to their means and availability.

What matters most is not the amount, but the intention the love of sharing, and the search for balance between giving, receiving, and respecting limits.

An ethical and human approach

MisjuBridge is first and foremost a personal commitment, rooted in respect for human dignity, balance, and privacy.

Anyone who wishes to support or help a child is welcome to do so, within a thoughtful and respectful framework.

For this reason, MisjuBridge does not use images of children for promotional purposes.
Human dignity and privacy always come before visibility.
